Problem with choosing a repack.

The issue isn't with the repack/license (it's always better to download the licensed image, though), but rather with the user's understanding and actions.

From the FAQ:

If the game doesn't load or claims a .dll file is missing or says 'empty pointer to creature...' then likely the game wasn't patched to 3.1 before installation and/or mod isn't installed in right directory, uninstall and reinstall the mod.

If the game doesn't load or writes that a .dll file is missing, or writes "empty pointer to creature...", then most likely the game wasn't patched to version 3.1 before installation and/or the mod isn't installed in the correct directory; uninstall and reinstall the mod.
