They shouldn't be marginalized. Everyone should receive an allowance and be put in front of computer games. Or come up with some other form of entertainment.

But who will provide these allowances, and where will the money come from? It's clearly not robots.

As for cars, they could be equipped with a built-in satellite control system.

Have you used that navigation system? It's completely unreliable, constantly making mistakes, lagging, losing signal, not displaying streets correctly, telling you to turn around for no reason, and so on. If a schoolchild crosses the road in the wrong place, or if there's a traffic jam, how will the cars stay perfectly aligned without collisions? Such a precise system is impossible to create. On the first day, a car like that would crash into a bus stop and injure a dozen people.
Until all traffic is moved off the ground and onto some kind of pneumatic tubes with perfect automation, we can forget about this. But then, they wouldn't be cars anymore, and they wouldn't be satellites either.
