Well, it's not 10 minutes. You need time to sort through the options, considering that some repeat and you need to generally assess what's available. Then you add nicknames for the obvious ones, and after that, you start remembering what people do in life or what they're interested in, and then you guess. An hour can easily pass. And if you just randomly assign them, it might take 10 minutes (some of which you'll know 100% because you communicate with them).
Even taking the two points about cats as an example. I know that Koshi and Neyra have them (although I only remembered the latter recently), but which point should I assign to whom? I have no idea.
