Regarding the letter "ё", I've been writing with it for many years now. At work, I sometimes get "slapped on the wrist" for using this letter (in some cases it's allowed, in words like "все-всё", but in 90% of cases it's not), but I still write it.

We have a masquerade "write what you do every day." This is clearly remote work. When you work in the office, the work chat is quiet on weekends, nothing to read there.
And I specifically wrote "reading," not "working," because I don't work 7 days a week.

It depends on the job. I've had ones where the work chat is active 24/7 and sometimes it was incredibly infuriating. And a friend of mine, where all employees (except him, haha) work in an office in Moscow, their chat is also bustling with work on weekends.
