In principle, you can ignore all of this: Revan already wrote that the characteristics will rarely change. Just take a quick look at the character's characteristics later to understand what they will be better at: fighting, talking, or something else.

The easiest way is to choose the character's gender and the city that best suits their personality. You can't influence the characteristics any further anyway.
