Nothing is displayed in the map editor’s toolbar.

Following the advice from someone in another one of my threads, I deleted the index.bin file in the data folder, but it didn't help; rather, it solved a different problem (the databases became accessible).

And regarding the program, how do I disable the HDR texture in the editor?
