Failed to load the online game save.

Guys, HELP! I can't load a saved online game. We were playing with a friend on the ubi.com server, then we saved and exited. After 2 hours, we decided to continue, and then we found a problem: I load the save, then the friend joins, but he can't click "ready" and after 1-6 seconds he is simply kicked back to the server list. We tried the same thing in reverse - it's the same issue. ()
Thanks in advance!
