MMH5.5 - Heroes of Might and Magic 5.5

Hello! I have a question. Is it possible to add other mods to version 5.5? It doesn't work by simply placing them in the regular mods folder in the game directory. Is there another way to do it? Specifically, I want to add the BuildTweak mod, which allows building two structures per day.
