Interestingly, they decided to remove Archliches as units, as was the case in previous games. Perhaps, Archliches will be implied as the heroes themselves, as the strongest Necromancers, although they haven't presented any hero-liches yet.

I just noticed that the liches in Necropolis die in a strange way... I'm used to the fact that when a lich is defeated, its body turns to dust.
