I feel sorry for the bird. It's an interesting element, but it's only clearly visible in the animation; in a static image, it blends into a gray mess. I don't fully understand the purpose, perhaps just for a nice-sounding name, like in FMA, there was a sniper named Hawkeye, and Disney also has a similar archer superhero (or is it Falcon Eye, not Hawk? I don't know how it is in the original; I wouldn't be surprised after Hawkgirl in the Russian dub of the League became the Eagle, but by the way, she's not a ranged attacker, but a melee fighter with an anti-magic mace). However, any diurnal bird of prey will look quite impressive, whether it's a falcon, an eagle, or a hawk; translators always lump this zoo into one pile. But at least it's an original and not a terribly bad design element; yay.
