“AstralLein” is a specialized term in the HoMM community to refer to un-upgraded units, also known as the basic grade or basic upgrade. It’s a case of economizing verbal effort. A literal Russian translation is practically never used.

We already have a community member, OE, who complains about every English term used in the chat. That spot is taken.

Where did you get the idea that I’m complaining about the term? I’m complaining about illiteracy. Or is “swordsman” not a “base” unit? Swordsman, base, main upgrade, and alternate upgrade. That’s four units. Was the conversation really about four units? Or three? If it was about three, where is the mistake in your phrase? And this message is also missing something. Can you guess what I’m talking about? Or do you have big problems with Russian? P.S. There are victims of the Unified State Exam everywhere.
