If there are no good ideas, here's mine: a mod with a button. A simple button that, when clicked in the bonus selection window, starts the game. I used a larger texture from a dialogue box and placed it in the corner of the screen. I don't know if it works, and I can't check it myself. And it's not even clear if it will respond to a touch at all...
