(offtopic) Not quite, the model was only for Biara, and they also used the same model for Jezebeth in one of the missions. Otherwise, by default, all the heroes of Inferno were huge, bulky guys.
The real standard here was set by the same overused trio, in which female and male heroes had different models.
For me, the standard is still the fourth game. There are four models per faction (except for the Barbarians, they don't have mages), and because the hero participates in battle, the models are really detailed and beautiful. The female mages of the Order are really beautiful in their red dresses. I really liked the animation of the druids, when they hover in the air with their legs crossed and a rainbow glow around them. And, of course, the bald female mages of Chaos in red wigs 🤣
In the sixth game, they went completely overboard, because they also added reputation for some reason, but there the designs became more generic and boring. I don't remember anything particularly cool.
The last Inferno models that I liked were also in the fifth game, they were aerodynamic, but at the same time quite creepy, within the game. Especially the smoking alt-grade looked great, like from horror movies. And then - that's it, they stopped.
Insect-like demons are fine. Although I prefer the classic ones with a touch of Lovecraftian horror (yes, Disciples 2). But a lot depends on the implementation. And I still don't know what their lore is 🤣
