Discussion of level 4 monsters.

Dragon Lords are significantly stronger than all other creatures. But it's simply a large gap between them and the rest! Also, we shouldn't forget about growth rate: usually, those who are significantly weaker have a higher growth rate. And in general: even if we assume that the growth rate of a Dragon Lord is 1 per week, it's still a clear imbalance in strength! Personally, I see it as a design choice by the developers who thought, "What else can we surprise the player with? I've got it! Let's create a super-creature!" And they did the right thing by not including it in the voting! I would even remove praying mantises and sea monsters.
