Hello. My friends are facing a problem: HotA (version 1.7.1) is not working (we are playing Heroes 3). Specifically, the launcher does not respond to clicking the "Play" button, and the launcher update also does not work. One friend used Windows 7, and after updating to Windows 10, the game stopped working (I have Windows 10, and everything works; we downloaded from the official HotA website). The second friend has Windows 11. On Windows 11, the game launched and worked perfectly, but the next day, the launcher stopped updating, and the "Play" button stopped working.
What we have tried: reinstalled the HotA package many times (game + launcher from the official website), ran it as administrator, manually updated the HotA launcher, changed the game compatibility settings, "borrowed" files from me (I shared all the game files with my friends), and checked the game settings. If anyone knows anything, please let me know what we can do. I would be very grateful.

When attempting to update the mod through the launcher, an error window with error #241 appears.
Reinstalling the mod/game does not help.
