Hello, I've been playing this wonderful campaign for a few days now, enjoying each mission. While playing, I noticed that the game often crashes when loading saves, but after a few tries, it eventually loads. And today, the saves stopped loading altogether. I was in the middle of the second mission, where I had to complete quests for humans, orcs, and elves. Can anyone suggest what I can do?

What I've already tried: changing the profile, deleting saves (I had a lot of them), lowering the graphics settings. I reinstalled Heroes, reinstalled the campaign, and ran it in compatibility mode (I have Windows 11, and I've never had any problems with Heroes on it). Nothing helped; it loads to about halfway and then crashes.

Good afternoon. This is an old problem with Heroes 5; the game cannot use as much RAM as it needs, and the computer configuration doesn't really affect it. During testing, I sometimes couldn't load saves when I loaded them directly during a battle, but when I restarted the game, they loaded normally. To ensure that this map and many others (very large and/or very densely populated with objects) work stably, you can try installing this patch: patch. I haven't tried this solution myself, but I hope it helps.
