And sometimes, right in the middle of cities, they put rows of bicycles, and anyone can rent them. This is definitely the case in Moscow. In our city of Tula, I haven't seen any bicycles, but there are a lot of scooters; I often come across abandoned scooters in the middle of an empty street in a residential area. In the city center, near shopping centers, there's a whole parking lot of scooters, the entire street is yellow.
