Question about Necropolis: Was the idea to only raise skeletons from defeated units, like in Heroes of Might and Magic III, the original concept? Or is an alternative raising table needed for more than just fun?
First, I made it so that only skeletons were raised, with the original amount of dark energy required – it turned out to be overpowered; I was able to gather 1000 skeletons on the starting map.
Then, I created a table based on levels, which is a good thing, but... I wanted a legion of skeletons.

In the end, I balanced the skeleton raising and consider this the base, and I left the alternative table for those who didn't play Heroes of Might and Magic III and want to raise dragons.
I don't know if I will update the file with the alternative undead table; it also contains bonuses from specializations, ability calculation coefficients, and warehouse protection... If I'm too lazy, then there will only be skeletons raised without a choice.
Also, I believe that if Necromancers create high-level undead on the battlefield, then they don't need cities, so raising skeletons is canon
