- Replaced the neutral tier 3 dwelling with Knight-Goblins with Ogre-Mages.

- Reduced the cost of opening the passage to the neutral tier 3 dwelling from 2000/10/10 gold/ore/wood to 1500/5/5.

- Added Potion of Fire Resistance to the neutral tier 3 dwelling area.

- Added Ivory Towers to the Bim-Bim hills.

- Rebalanced the Creature Portal for the Sylvan faction.

- Removed the permanent Necromancy learning in the Magic University.

- Certain spells have been banned.
(Sanctuary, City Portal, Walk, Scout, Smoke, Quagmire, Amulet of Life, Amulet of Order, Greater Amulet of Order).
Smoke was removed due to a bug with the scroll and added as a fixed spell in the Chaos library in both cities.
