What are you eating right now?

I'm eating macaroni and cheese with ketchup again. The problem is, I don't know how to cook anything else. I keep watching that cooking competition with Ivleev. They make such complicated dishes, where do they get those ingredients? We've never had anything like that here, and we never will.
Well, I can also make macaroni with stewed meat, and a salad with tomatoes and cucumbers.
