As some of you may remember, I created a "Mercenaries" perk-based neutral creature based on the ID of a "Goblin".
However, as it turned out, since then, the "Garbage Heap" has stopped affecting the Growth rate! From this, a logical conclusion can be drawn that buildings that buff Growth are linked, like a number of Perks, to the base ID of the creature, and not to the Tier in the city.
From this, it follows that if you systematically change the ID of a creature by moving it to another Tier or even faction, you can systematically change the link of a building that affects its Growth. For example, you can redesign the skeleton growth buildings in the Necropolis into a building that increases the growth of Liches! And so on. The priority here will be buildings for creatures that do not have their own "special" ability (because its Promotion will also change). An interesting feature of the Goblin Outpost is that it is the only Growth building that can be customized in RPG mode.
