This season is worse than the previous one — there are way too many minor characters, and essentially nothing of substance happens across all 15 episodes.
Ginban Kaleidoscope
There are books, films, games, visual novels, and anime that are fine to check out when they first come out or when no other alternatives are in sight, but under different circumstances they turn out to be quite tedious. This anime is exactly one of those — it's not that it's clearly bad in any particular way, it's just not interesting to watch, especially when you realize you could be watching something else instead. But I will note — the ending is excellent, the protagonist is decent, and you get to hear Marina Inoue sounding very boyish (Naria's voice, by the way...).
