If you have many skilled players in Heroes (and I have no doubt that you do), why doesn't anyone answer the questions of newcomers or explain things to them?
1. Some people don't think it's necessary.
2. Some people simply don't have the time.
3. Some people don't want to.
4. And maybe some were waiting for someone like you ;)
