Wouldn't the analogy to the Jaguar Warriors from Heroes 6 work as a concept? (Essentially 1 to 1 - Orc Bonecrushers) 🤔

I was thinking of doing it that way, but there was a similar idea in Heroes 6 - there will be an alternative upgrade on the Assassin model, and Assassins have fur on their shoulders, so you could put something furry on their head, I wanted a bear head... but now I'm thinking that a bone helmet made from a feline skull would be better.

The entire alternative upgrade will have skulls on the equipment; for Tier 1, there's a rodent skull, for Tier 2, bird skulls, and for Tier 5, reptile skulls.
