I can say right away that it is difficult (and probably impossible) to place a virus inside the archive itself (its structure, format - rar/tar/zip/cab) and infect a computer simply by opening the archive (at least I don't know of any such cases, nor do I know of any tools capable of doing this). For a thorough check, I can suggest the following: download the archive (this cannot infect your computer!), unpack it in a "sandbox," then check all the files from the archive, and repack it back in the "sandbox" to see how the antivirus reacts. In general, it's a shame that the forum doesn't support the Rar format; it's a fairly safe format, unlike Zip, and the antivirus reacts to it (without reason) much less often, although it supports it on par with other archives.
P.S.
In general, I just downloaded the archive on the same computer (with databases updated as of May 26, 2024), but the last time, it didn't even download (I'll especially highlight this for Mооnst@r), as Kaspersky Endpoint Security blocks the download of malicious content... so, that's how it is!
P.S.S.
By the way, doesn't the fact that you have "Object not processed/Access denied" written in Russian in the "My Music" folder in your two screenshots bother you at all?!
