broken interface in Heroes of Might and Magic V - Hammers of Fate

Help me solve a problem.

What operating system and graphics card do you have? Which drive did you install the game on, C drive or another? Have you tried disabling your antivirus software (Windows Defender)? And what are these "parts" you're talking about, if "Tribes of the East" is version 3.1?
