= Small fix mods =

Updated the mod build, comment #77. I decided to add not only the missing animation effect for the Refugee Camp but also the creatures of levels 4/5/6 from both add-ons. If this doesn't suit someone, due to the clarification in the manual mentioned above, you can choose not to download it.
