RTF is a global modification that replaces all towns in the game.

Would this dress work? Of course, it's not painted yet and doesn't have retopology... but what about the overall look?

The gnome's bone structure should be wide... that is, the head should be proportionally larger relative to the torso, and the hands should also be larger... the body needs to be lowered... at least by a quarter, or even possibly a third of its current head height!
The neck should be shorter...
If you put her arms along her body, the palms should overlap the lower part of the buttocks... it seems to be like that already, but the hands should be wider, since the bone structure is wide!
