- Well, sir, you are quite the traveler! - The priestess clapped her hands. - My experience in this area is much more limited; I haven't really been anywhere beyond Margel and the territories bordering Neferia, but I hope to visit Calcite someday! Who knows, perhaps when the empire (eventually) resolves the Neferian issue, the Empress or someone from her lineage will finally decide to bring civilization and the word of the Goddess to this barbaric southern land.
—If only... A true traveler is sitting right here, - Sana nodded, - and compared to her, my behind-the-scenes journey is just child's play. And Calcite, well... Many of their customs are incomprehensible to me, that's true, but if we illuminate those lands through culture, rather than aggression, perhaps we can achieve something. Although, I wouldn't get too far ahead of myself; local customs and traditions are very strong there, and we, as foreigners, should respect most of them, at least the ones that aren't outright misanthropic. But I would definitely bring them the concept of rapid communication; you wouldn't believe how many unnecessary casualties are caused by the sand pits scattered everywhere... As for Neferia... You know, you're not even the second person from there that I've met today. Perhaps you could briefly tell me how the border situation is at the moment?
