I'll try to believe in randomness. 🎲 Harold moves into room 6 in Carneos and receives an experience boost from the portrait of Naria, while also casually reading a couple of volumes of the Imperial Chronicles on his brother's advice (+5 to stamina, +20% to experience). When he intends to process this information during another smoke break, Garret takes his lighter under the pretext of "showing a trick" and puts it in his pocket, after which the two go to Upgrade, where Garret orders it to be enchanted with a Carneos rune. Then they head to Lepota, where Garret has a cup of coffee, and then gives the lighter back to his brother. Perplexed, Harold observes this mysterious maneuver, trying to catch the brilliance of the "trick," and takes his upgraded item and also drinks coffee. Garret -2 stars, Harold -1 star and -2 OD. Both use the Aroma of Akonia in Lepota with a runic upgrade for experience. (They will both get a single role soon.)
