The Quest for Truth

I've tried everything, I've deleted the profile and the game completely... not to mention user campaigns or saves in the profile... maybe it's stuck in previous versions (1 and 2.0), I don't understand anymore. When I start the clean game, the modifications are still there, and I continue searching for the truth, even though it's not in the folders or on the computer at all... Author of the company, please help, should I reinstall Windows?
