From experience, I know that it's not just 99%, but all 100%.
For example, while playing in this tournament, I would run battles,
repeating each one hundreds of times, and sooner or later I would still achieve
the desired result (morale, luck, a certain amount of damage, and remaining health, etc.).
That's absolutely true! Every battle can be tailored in such a way that you can achieve victory... :)
Of course, as a rule, such "tricks" get incredibly boring, and sometimes even frustrating..., but 100% - they are worth it ;)
