Which level 7 creature is the best, and why?

Well, no, things are not quite like that. :) Firstly, the Archangel deals 80 damage to the Monster, I just checked it myself. The Monster deals 49-82 damage to the Archangel. As you can see, it's not a given that it will always be 66. Where did you even get that number from? Okay, it's not that important. The algorithm is as follows: 1. The first turn is for the Archangel, and it waits. The Monster must either make a move or defend itself. Which, in principle, is almost the same: +3 to defense reduces damage by only 4-5 points, it seems. In any case, the Archangel needs exactly 4 hits to defeat the Monster. And the Monster needs at least 4 hits to win. Therefore, after waiting for the end of the turn, the Archangel flies in and attacks the Monster. In total, each side has made 1 attack. 2. At the beginning of the second round, the Archangel attacks again and receives a counter-attack. In total, each side has made 2 attacks. The Monster also attacks and, in turn, receives a counter-attack from the Archangel. Each creature has made 3 attacks. 3. In the third round, the Archangel finishes off the opponent and no longer receives a counter-attack, because its attack will be the last. :) In general, there's a catch here. The fact is that if the Archangel immediately jumps into battle, it will die. But simply pressing the "wait" button in the first round guarantees it a 100% victory. That's how things really are. :)
