And, seriously, I've written about this many times before, that I used some original textures (and parts of models, because at that time there was no way to fully convert and implement animated models into the game) from the alpha version and two beta versions, closed and open! Because I don't like to see good things go to waste... Askha always turns things to good use!
Plus, I created my own models - heads, helmets, parts of armor, weapons... I textured them using standard textures, and also created my own materials... if you dig deep enough into the resources of the mods that I worked on, you can immediately see the path to achieving the result displayed in the game!
