Regarding the Rules. We need to determine which rules are used in most of the tournaments currently being held (right now, not 5 years ago) in this category.

The rules were not written a long time ago; they were taken as an average from several resources where people currently play. Therefore, we didn't reinvent the wheel ;).

This is not a tournament.

People who are willing to maintain the table, calculate the rating, and so on should be thanked. Don't hesitate, say thank you instead of showering them with something unclear.

It seems like no one is showering anyone with anything here, but it's true that a debate can lead to the truth.

Choose three judges. Ideally, some of them should not participate in the tournament. Choose some kind of supreme expert to whom the judges can turn in case of disagreements.

I initially suggested 2-3 judges, but at first, one will be enough, as there are no games yet. But if the idea is successful, there will undoubtedly be more judges who are respected on this resource.
