Colleagues, I'd like to share my opinion.
As some of you know, I have experience in organizing, running, and judging tournaments, and not just in Heroes.
1. Regarding the Rules: We need to find out what rules are used in most of the tournaments currently being held (specifically now, not 5 years ago) in this category. After that, we should carefully copy them and post them here, declaring them as the Rules for this tournament.
2. After the First Open Tournament is held, we can make changes to the Rules based on practical experience.
3. We should thank the people who are willing to maintain the standings, calculate the rating, and so on. Don't hesitate, say thank you instead of criticizing them.
4. Choose three judges. Ideally, some of them should not participate in the tournament. Choose a kind of supreme expert to whom the judges can turn in case of disagreements.
5. Don't reinvent the wheel! Use the accumulated experience with gratitude! And let's start playing already; the fans are also interested...
