It's a real shame that there isn't, and never has been, a repository with version control! This would greatly simplify interaction between different contributors. At a minimum, the .exe, types.xml, and UIGameRoot.(UIGameRoot) files should be shared across all NCF-based mods, and therefore should be in a repository.
Initially, we agreed to post on www.heroescommunity.com in English, and all other participants would post on their national platforms... Nival (zzima), AG, and here, plus a couple of other forums... in the end, the active topic remained here and on heroescommunity... everyone eventually gave up, as many active participants moved into real game development and naturally no longer had time for hobbies... many simply gave up for other various reasons...
