Nah, there aren't any dwarf companions in BG3. Why? Because few people would romance them (as if it's a mandatory thing).

In BG2, dwarves weren't romanceable either. Only a sexy lady, an infantile girl, and a MILF – and all of them were elves. And for the girls, they gave us a downright meme-worthy, generic guy straight out of a cliché romance novel. In this regard, BG3, for better or worse, has taken a step forward.
