I would like to see the persimmon tree.

Pixar seems to have gone downhill since the rather mediocre "Inside Out," or at least completed its "Disneyfication." I can't recall anything particularly good from them recently. Disney, on the other hand, still occasionally produces decent animated series, and their recent "Encanto" was quite good. Of course, it's just a drop in the ocean, but it's still worth considering.

Actually, I think "Inside Out" is one of their best works, if not the best. But I think I'm not very objective here; that movie resonated with me deeply, and I recognized myself in some of its moments. However, most of what came after was rather dull. True, they've changed direction recently; I enjoyed "Luca," and "Turning Red" is also a fun, lighthearted movie. I even watched a great, insightful review about how Pixar is changing now.
In general, I don't like almost anything from Disney; it all seems bland, generic, polished, and made according to a single template, looking like expensive merchandise advertising. Of the series, I only watched "Gravity Falls," which was cool, but it didn't really grab me, and I've already forgotten a lot of it. But it's worth noting that after the "movies that never existed," I have a very biased attitude towards Disney and am predisposed to dislike it.
And "Encanto" is indeed quite good. It didn't really grab me, but it left a rather pleasant impression.
