I would like to see the persimmon tree.

Pixar seems to have gone down a Disney-esque path around the time of the rather mediocre "Inside Out," or at least completed its Disneyfication. I can't recall anything particularly good from them recently. Disney, on the other hand, still occasionally produces decent animated series, and their recent "Encanto" was quite good. It's just a drop in the ocean, of course, but it's still worth considering.
