It's unlikely that they are all creations of Rishi or, like the Scry, victims of some kind of curse. And what about the singularities themselves... how exactly did they come into being? Who created them? And if they were created, what determined their final character? They are deprived of the same formative experience that we mortals have. They became like that immediately.
