☀️ Arselia and Akonia

Well, I mostly just designed the flag for the Necropolis faction, having some idea of what it might look like (you thought I was joking?), and considering the flag inspired by Mysterius, we can also assume something similar for Belik. Although, a harpy could actually provide buffs against aerial units for the Sylvan faction, lol. But it's up to Reven to decide. For me, the effects of the first set of flags were a surprise, but I liked what he came up with.
