I attached a poll there to gauge opinions on whether it should be explicitly legalized or explicitly prohibited.

The rules can be changed if there is a request from the players and, especially, from the organizers of tournaments and other online activities. But at the moment, it is prohibited.

If someone wants to hold a tournament and legalize this program in its rules, they will need to not only have direct permission in the rules of their tournament but also coordinate this with you, am I correct?
