Played the hard version. The scenario is certainly not straightforward (you can't do without the author's hints), but it's interesting. I enjoyed replaying it a second time. On the map, absolutely everything is killed by the Hero. Of course, for a comfortable game, you need to spend a lot of time with the mentor to get Education and Shouts at 2%. If you complete all the secondary quests, no one on the map will cause any serious trouble. Even a pack of 1000 Phoenixes can be killed without any losses by a Barbarian with Roar, Empathy, and developed Shouts, shifting the Hero's movement by 30%. The only magic that caused trouble was Revenge against Centaurs, a very weak spell that only affects 5-12 Centaurs (did Strength against Magic or Berserk Blood play a role?). Advice: Empathy, Shouts, Education. Level 38-39 for the Hero. Replace Machines with Shouts in the late game. In the last garrison before the 8th Castle, you can easily add over 2000 Goblins to your army – you know how. I took the Building Development Perk, expecting to use it against the Necropolis Castle, but it didn't come in handy. P.S. I teleported down to the second Evil (!) at the end, and it attacks with a couple of hundred Dead Horses, and when you kill it, it restores its 300,000 health points! I cleared everything. Thank you for the game. I'm going to replay the second one. P.S. I forgot... for some reason, the artifacts from the quests weren't taken away from me, even though I completed all the quests. The foolproof lottery has been fixed (at least for me – once they gave me an artifact, and then the altar continued to perform its intended function as designed by Nival). But it (the lottery) is present from the very beginning of the game: 1) this is the choice of the starting artifact, 2) next to the Hero's starting location, there is an unguarded artifact that is random when you reload! So, I started the game with the Lion's Collar and the Dragon Armor
