How do you find them? Just go to some group and search. The problem is that many of them probably consist only of women and may not be of the most suitable kind. But there are also male cosplays that are good. And in general, female cosplays are also good. And not just Warhammer and similar.
Another question is how to evaluate them, and maybe how to choose them.
