Expedition: general discussions.

It's a strange question, but... what do you think about dieselpunk, Art Deco, and the aesthetics of the "Roaring Twenties"? I have a small, peculiar setting that I don't know what to do with. Usually, I build my worlds around the characters, but this time it's the other way around – I've developed the mythology, but I can't figure out what kind of heroes to populate this world with, and I only have a basic outline for the story. Maybe, someday, I'll create a short, simple expansion if I have the time and inclination.
Magic exists in this world, but it's just as strange.
