At one point, Beata turned away and leaned against Guiyon, unable to watch the flames consume their friend, who had only yesterday been basking in the sun and chasing birds. Guiyon, on the other hand, watched the cremation until the very end, paying his respects to his pet.
When it was all over, Guiyon reached into his bag and, after rummaging around, found an empty vial – apparently, it was a leftover medicine bottle from his days working. Not the best option for a burial urn... but it's all he had.
He gathers the ashes of Mysterius, tightly seals the vial, and puts it in his pocket. Beata, in the background, finally stops crying.
