Mmmm, but why is there such unfairness regarding the hit-and-run tactic??? It's a perfectly established tactic. Some build their entire game around it. It's some kind of restriction of the game's possibilities.
And if I attack with 7 silver pegasi, one by one, cast a spell, and run away at the beginning of the second round - is this trick allowed, and how is it "more fair" than the one described above?
And how will you track the use of regeneration, chain lightning, or shower using save files???
