Evaluating archers.

Hmm. Two more questions arose: who are the Fairy Dragons, essentially? And can they be considered archers?

I think so. :) In principle, as I mentioned above, Witch Harpies are also archers. And what archers they are: no penalty for melee combat, and they can attack at a distance and through walls!
In my opinion, anyone with a ranged, non-retaliatory attack can be called an archer. Under certain conditions, even an Archdevil can act similarly, for example, when, being the fastest creature, he attacks enemy troops at the end of the first round and returns to his original position at the beginning of the second. :)
