MMH5.5 - Heroes of Might and Magic 5.5

Hello, please help. I can't install the Russian language pack. I download the latest version, MMH55-Texts-RU_RC18e_v1.3, extract it, and move it to the data folder of TOE Steam v3.1. The file is MMH55-Texts-RU_RC18e_v1.3. I launch the game, MMH55_64, but the language remains English, and all descriptions are blank. I'm using Windows 11. The game is clean, with no other mods installed.
